Food For Thought - A Call for Artists
CALL FOR ARTISTS
Food is a necessity. We need it to survive. Yet for too many people in our community, this basic need is not always guaranteed.
Food for Thought… invites artists to explore our relationship with food—food insecurity and food security, nourishment, memories and traditions, sustainability, and the powerful experience of gathering around a table.
What does food mean to you? What does it mean when someone doesn't have enough? How does food bring us together?
We encourage multidisciplinary artists and welcome all media, perspectives and interpretations. Bring your unique voice to the table and help us create an exhibition that sparks conversation and connection.
The Table Art Gallery & Hub

Culture and identity
Sustainability and food systems
Food rescue and reducing waste
